A downloadable NCS for Windows

In Nature of Colors and Shapes you can rotate the frame of points to match them with the liquids floating in the space. Also mixing the fluids can produce new different colors.

Enjoy this short game, with 39 puzzles and with randomly generated ambient music.

Controls:

  • Left mouse + drag: rotate the frame of points
  • Right mouse: choose the center of the rotation
  • Esc: close the game

Notes:

  • The game uses a lot of particles. It is recommended to close other programs in older PCs.
  • I can not test the game on other operating systems. If you want to help test the game on OS or Linux you can email me.
  • The game is under development. My plan is to port it to mobile devices and add extra levels, game mechanics. If you are interested in the development, you have a good level idea or you want to test the mobile game in the future you can send me an email.

Thank you for the feedbacks and for the gameplays!

I will try to improve the experience, add new stuff like VR, but unfortunately it is almost impossible to change the core mechanics. Also I will rethink the tutorial as many of you mentioned the unconventional controls.

Again, thank you for playing!

This game was challenging, but very interesting and peaceful, if you want to continue working with a small amount of different colors I'd suggest vastly different ones because a few levels my colorblindness kicked in lol. Over all though it was a lot of fun and I even felt chilled out afterwards lol.

Solid controls, though it took me a small while of getting used to it. One small thing was that when you rotated in a certain way where the colors overlap, it looks like it might mix because the colors blend together. It's just a small personal issue though. I thought the game was pretty challenging and fun!
